Lounge

Relax in the beautiful lounge in the chilly winter months around the cosy welcoming fire and enjoy a sherry while you browse the extensive selection of brochures, books and magazines which Aletta provides for you to familiarise yourself with the area.  The lounge leads out onto a wrap around balcony where you can sit and take in the spectacular landscape of Napier.

Courtyard/Wrap Around Balcony

One of the most unique features of Aletta's must be the wrap around balcony which runs the complete length of the beautifully restored home.  Each suite including the dining room and kitchen leads out to the balcony where there are cafe tables and chairs, day beds, sofas and a communal dining table where friends, guests and family gather.  This is what forms the heart of Aletta's Kuierhuis and where you will always find guests sitting down to a cup of coffee to chat and share their days adventures with Aletta and friends.

Dining Room

Aletta's dining room has a view over the kitchen garden and leads out to the wrap around balcony where you can enjoy your meals weather permitting.  Beautiful wooden floors have been preserved as have the original ceilings throughout the home.  Aletta serves breakfasts setting her tables differently each day.  Wake up to a themed setting with Carrol Boyes cutlety adorning a spring or summer themed table with an accompanying fruit platter to match!

Wheelchair friendly, this spacious room opens on to the spacious wrap around balcony where you can enjoy balmy summer evenings.  The bathroom is spacious with bath and shower, fully equipped for wheelchair guests.  Twin beds, coffee and tea facilities, flat panel LCD television with selected DSTV channels, luxury percale linen and and luxurious duvets and pillows.

Queen size bed, beautifully decorated in shades of pistachio green and gold with crystal chandeliers.  Coffee and tea making facilities in your room at to your experience.  Flat panel LCD television with selected DSTV chanels.  En-suite bathroom with overhead shower in bath.

Lovely spacious room with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and Victorian slipper bath.  Ideal honeymoon suite.  Has private patio where you can enjoy sundowners or early morning coffee.  Flat screen LCD television with selected DSTV channels and tea and coffee making facilities in your room.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are spacious with a Victorian influence in decor, fixtures and fittings.  Wrap up warm in large soft fluffy towels after an indulgent bubble bath with complimentary toiletries supplied by Aletta's.  Bathrooms are equipped with either baths and showers.
