Animals

Regrettably animals are not allowed at Aletta's as we have a family of pets including 2 cats and a Jack Russel who keep guests company on the odd occasion.  Guide dogs are welcome.

Bar

Aletta's is unlicenced but will provide you with refrigeration space for your drinks should you require.

Beauty

Please arrange with management for beauty treatments in the privacy of your own room. Appointments must be booked in advance.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in in the dining room or weather permitting on the patio.

In the event of an emergency at night please dial 082 372 7394

Fridge/Freezer

We will gladly keep anything of a reasonable size in the fridge or freezer for you during your stay.

Hairdryers

Hairdryers are available for your personal use in all rooms.

Heaters

Oil heaters are available in each room and electric blankets are on the beds during the chilly winter months.

Internet

There is a 24 hour internet service available. Please ask at Reception. 3G/GPRS Internet reception is available on the premises.

Keys

You will be provided with a room key. Please ensure that keys are returned to Reception upon departure from Aletta's Kuierhuis.

Laundry

A laundry service is available on site at a nominal charge. Please hand your laundry to reception. There is no laundry service over weekends.

Power Failure

In the event of a power failure, you will find a torch in your cupboard.

Safes

Please hand all valuable to reception for safekeeping.  Mini safes are available in your rooms.

Restaurants

Napier is blessed with an abundance of fabulous eateries.  Please enquire at reception for more information on the local restaurants and Bistros where you can savour local country cuisine.  Aletta's provides delicious cuisine for the guest's wanting to be spoiled with traditional South African dishes or perhaps a BBQ. Please pre arrange with reception.

Safe

There is a small safe in your cupboard. Please hand larger items in to Reception for safekeeping.

Smoking

Is not permitted inside the Lodge. Ashtrays are provided on the patio outside your bedroom.

Tea & Coffee

Tea and coffee making facilities are available in your room in addition to fresh milk.

Television

Rooms are provided with flat panel LCD colour televisions with DSTV satellite channels.
